We accept all returns that meet these requirements:
- You can request a return within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition, including manuals, accessories and warranty documents.
- The shipping cost of the return must be paid by the customer, except if the product is defective or there has been an EyeClic error.
- Once we receive the item and verify that it is correct, we will refund the amount with the same system that you used to pay.
- On defective items, we will refund the amount or change it for another as stipulated by the manufacturer's warranty.
- In glasses, we will refund the total amount by deducting the cost of the glasses. (8 € the basic glass)
- Eyeclic reserves the right to cancel the order and return the entire amount to the client within a maximum period of 72 hours from the completion of the order without any harm to Eyeclic.

IMPORTANT! Do not send us any product without contacting EyeClic first to request a return, or we will have to reject it.
